Stephen Davey provides an update on the Shepherds 360 Conference and how things will look a little different this year as we move forward with our in-person event. Our goal is to provide the most edifying experience for all of our guests. Make plans to join us in-person, or register to watch online. We look forward to seeing how the Lord will use this conference to glorify His name, and we cannot wait to gather as church leaders for three refreshing days around God's Word!

Moving Forward with In-Person Conference

Sep 9, 2020 11:51:04 AM / by Shepherds 360 Event Team

emailer-6We look forward to welcoming church leaders from around the country to our conference this fall (October 19–21)! As we closely monitor the developments surrounding the coronavirus and related restrictions, we continue to move forward with hosting the live conference on our campus. In a year that has been anything but normal, we do not want to miss this opportunity to provide needed encouragement to the pastors and church leaders who will assemble here for several days of fellowship and personal growth around God’s Word.

Here are a few changes to expect to our normal programming:

  • General sessions and workshops will be held in rooms with more space for social distancing.
  • Boxed meals will be provided in order to limit unnecessary contact between individuals.
  • Face masks may be required on our campus and will be provided for our guests.
  • Some speakers will present virtually due to the complications of traveling to North Carolina this year.

We eagerly anticipate meeting together as church leaders this fall to boldly pursue a biblical vision for advancing the Gospel in these difficult and uncertain times.

Registration pricing for this year's event will remain at the $169 rate for in-person attendees. Our Buy Three Get One Free offer has been extended up until the conference. Recognizing that some will not be able to join us in person this year, we will also be providing an online option.

Coronavirus Update for Shepherds 360

Mar 24, 2020 2:58:08 PM / by Shepherds 360 Event Team

coronavirus-shepherds-360-sessionAt this time, we continue to move forward with Shepherds 360 conference planning for our scheduled gathering October 19-21. For our registered attendees and anyone seeking information about how the Coronavirus could impact this year's conference, we will continually post updates to this page. Though we are confident the virus will be contained well before Shepherds 360, we want to keep you informed so that you are comfortable making plans to attend this year's event.

We are daily monitoring reports from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, as well as staying in contact with the medical professionals and doctors that serve on Colonial Baptist Church's Safety Team. They are receiving information on a daily basis and sharing the latest information they receive with us.

As always, we are confident in God's sovereign control and care over all things. As children of God, what would our heavenly Father have us do? While we must remain on alert, we must not give ourselves to undue worry, anxiety and fear. Rather than worrying and being anxious, Jesus calls us to respond with prayer and faith in Him (Matt. 6:33-34; Phil. 4:6). God has called us to face life’s troubles and threats (even viruses!) with faith and courage, leaning our weight on Him. That also means we will trust Him to guide us in our gathering of facts and the wise dissemination of information as we deal with this situation.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us (info@shepherds360.org) with any questions you may have.
