KEN POHLIG, BS MS PhD
The Deaf Ministry started at The Shepherd’s Church in 2001, on Easter Sunday. Dr. Ken Pohlig and his wife, Kimberly, have served in The Shepherd’s Church Deaf Ministry since 2004. Now, as deacon of the Deaf Ministry, Ken leads the Sunday morning Deaf Ministry Bible Study that is conducted in American Sign Language (ASL) and also spoken English. Ken will be joined by members of the Shepherd’s ASL interpreting team (Kimberly Pohlig, Amy Anthony and Justine Siew) for their two conference sessions. Ken works as a civil/environmental engineer. He and his wife have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
