HAL HAYS

Hal Hays responded to the Gospel message at age 17. His increasing desire to grow led him to study at the Logos Bible Institute at Grace Community Church. He eventually entered and graduated from seminary and received a Master of Divinity degree. May 2021, he earned his Doctor of Ministry from The Master's Seminary.

Hal and his wife, Cecilie, have raised four children to fear the Lord. As President of Encouragement International, Hal endeavors by God's grace to train others who will take the gospel of the grace of God (Acts 20:24) through out their country in the former Soviet Union and to encourage others in their walk with God here in the United States.
