Danny Gardner

Danny Gardner is the Senior Pastor at Highland Baptist Church in Westminster, Colorado. He and his wife, Hallie, have been married 26 years and have three sons. He is a DMin graduate from STS (Class of '24) where the focus of his research was on Navigating Pastoral Transitions: Preparing for Pastoral Successions and Avoiding Common Pitfalls. Danny's personal succession experience, his compiling of dozens of testimonies from pastors who have walked through successions, and his passion to see the glory of Christ in the midst of leadership transitions could provide help to any pastors who are either preparing to depart their office or preparing to take the reins of a new church.
