Exhibitor registration includes:

  • Conference registration for one (1) representative (additional representatives please register here)
  • Display booth (8 ft x 8 ft), one (1) 6-foot table, table cover, and chair  
  • Access to free Wi-Fi

Booth pricing:

  • Exhibitor Area A:  $850
  • Exhibitor Area B:  $600 or $550 options

Exhibitor registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable.


Major publishers interested in selling resources will collaborate with the bookstore vendor, 10ofThose.

 

Add-On Options for Registered Exhibitors:

Half-page Ad* in the digital Conference Book:  $100

  • Ad size limit is 7.5" wide x 4.875" tall; 300 dpi, full color CMYK; press quality PDF.
  • Limit of one (1) half-page ad per exhibitor.
  • Ad copy (see above specs; 0.125" bleeds on each side; no crop marks) is due to kshinn@shepherds.org no later than July 31, 2025.

*Ad and artwork subject to approval by conference.

Please note that reminders will not be issued; it is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure submissions are made by the specified deadline. Submissions received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the digital conference book.

 

Exhibitor Insert in Conference Bag:  $75.00 (per insert type)

  • Max size of insert 8" x 10" x 0.25". 
  • 650 copies to be received no later than Sept 26, 2025.
