All exhibitor registrations are handled through our conference website. Pricing for exhibitor registration is $450.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2019 Shepherds 360 National Church Leaders Conference, October 21-23, 2019, in Cary, North Carolina. Each year, ministry and missions organizations provide valuable information and resources to our conference attendees. We are grateful to work alongside you as we exalt God and equip church leaders.

As you consider exhibiting, here is some key information about the 2019 conference:

 

ATTENDANCE 
At the first conference in 2014, attendance was approximately 450 pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, and spouses. In 2015 and 2016 attendance exceeded 600. In 2017 and 2018 conference registrations exceeded 700.

 

WEBSITE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PRICING
Please note that exhibitor registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration for approved exhibitors at the 2019 conference can be found here.

 

LIMITED EXHIBITOR SPACE SOLD OUT EVERY YEAR
We accept registration on a first-come, first-served basis. While we try to accommodate every ministry interested in exhibiting, we must meet our deadlines for outside vendor set up and printing of the conference book. Therefore, please note the registration and advertising deadlines below.

 

EXHIBIT INFORMATION
The exhibitor fee includes one free conference registration and meals for representative (a $199 value), display booth, table and chair. All display booths will have access to WiFi. If you are bringing additional representatives, they will need to register separately here. Registration is required for all conference attendees and exhibitors.

 

CONFERENCE BOOK ADVERTISING
Exhibitors may purchase advertising in the 2019 conference book. Conference advertisements will be $200 for an 8.5-inch tall by 5.75-inch wide full-page color advertisement. Ad copy (300 dpi, press quality PDF; no bleeds or crop marks) is due to kshinn@colonial.org by July 31. Copy received after that date is not guaranteed to appear in the conference book. No refunds will be given for ads where copy does not meet the above specifications or is received after July 31, 2019.

 

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION
Exhibit space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are sold out. To ensure that your ministry organization is listed in the conference book, please register by July 31, 2019. We have sold out every conference, so we encourage you to register early.
